Biofeedback - Acupressure
Both biofeedback and acupressure are complementary alternative healing methods that focus on the body’s energetic and vibrational balance.
These approaches may help identify imbalances in the body — sometimes even before physical symptoms appear — and support the activation of the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms.
Using these methods, it is possible to detect areas where energetic imbalance may be present. The biofeedback treatment then aims to harmonize these areas. During this process, I apply a combined treatment using acupuncture points to further support the body’s natural regulatory processes.
Emotional Treatment
How can biofeedback therapy help in frozen life situations, negative mental states, and emotional traumas?
It can be an excellent aid in balancing our inner world, which is of course a long and slow process, but the healing work can be done by relying on the device’s analyses, as in case of psychotherapy. The device holds up a mirror and provides reliable feedback on what we need to deal with.
The device often reveals not only what we are aware of, but also our unconscious feelings. Indeed, one of the main goals and benefits of biofeedback treatment is that it helps us become aware of our emotions. The very fact that it points out the problem area, brings it into our consciousness, which in itself starts a healing process. Then comes the personal part: the deep inner work—which no one can do for us and instead of us. The role of biofeedback therapy is to give us an occasional impetus to get us moving again. The goal is to keep the soul in motion and prevent it from getting stuck in a state from which it cannot escape, even after replaying the same thoughts a hundred times. If we stop dwelling on things and move on with the help of the treatments, something extraordinary will happen: these knots will secretly be loosened, unnoticed something within us gets rearranged.
Without overanalyzing the situation, insights and realizations come to us. We get closer to our own inner world. Negative events become integrated: i.e. we no longer need to deny, reject, or project; we will be able to live with these things while maintaining our emotional stability.
We’ll have taken a step forward in our emotional development.
