How does the Scio biofeedback device work?

Biofeedback - Acupressure

Both biofeedback and acupressure are complementary alternative healing methods that focus on the body’s energetic and vibrational balance.

These approaches may help identify imbalances in the body — sometimes even before physical symptoms appear — and support the activation of the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms.

Using these methods, it is possible to detect areas where energetic imbalance may be present. The biofeedback treatment then aims to harmonize these areas. During this process, I apply a combined treatment using acupuncture points to further support the body’s natural regulatory processes.

It is software connected to a computer-controlled frequency generator that measures the client’s bioenergetic data through sensors placed on the client’s wrist, ankle, and head, and then makes an assessment based on this data. I always discuss this with the client, who then chooses which issues to address.

The Scio device can be used not only for measurement, but also for treatment. The same sensors can be used not only to identify disorders, but also to feed back healthy vibration patterns to the organs. This can trigger the body’s self-healing processes and gently rebalance the organism. It is a slow but profound and long-lasting process that brings lasting results.

In practical terms, the machine can run five programs simultaneously, and I organize each of them around the specific problem. This is where my unique approach comes in: one of the programs allows me to apply Chinese acupuncture. As an acupressurist, I combine my knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points with the possibilities of modern biofeedback technology. During the treatments, with the help of the SCIO device I apply electrical stimulation to the targeted acupuncture  points, which result in a stronger, deeper effect on the body due to the synergy of the two methods.
